"Every producer has a history which is represented by their wine; when it reaches the glass each of us experiences it in a highly personal way. Because wine carries with it the extraordinary ability to describe something new every time. A sealed bottle is like a mystery waiting to be revealed, as late as possible, since it will gain in charm in the cellar, increasing the mystery’s intrigue. The title of this itinerary focuses on the Feeling created between producer, product and consumer/lover of the wine. So beginning with the premise that every wine-related experience is unique and absolutely subjective for everyone, we chose to describe Chianti Classico through a sensory itinerary that reveals its main characteristic features. These emerge from its history, its people, its land and a grape variety – Sangiovese – able to endow the Black Rooster wines with different nuances within a unique and clearly defined framework. In order to get the most from this experience we recommend you begin by pouring a glass of wine in the first step of the itinerary, the area room.

Our aim was to being a story that will continue in the villages and cellars of this area, and in every glass of Chianti Classico you are fortunate enough to drink throughout your life."
